Northwind Antiques was started at a Londonderry, NH storefront in 1977. Specializing in Victoriana, Northwind then moved to Epsom, NH and by 1995 hit the internet revolution by storm! Most of you know us by our Ebay name “Norwinda.” Its safe to say Northwind Antiques founder, Lynne “Lily” Buckus helped create the art of “fun” shopping on Ebay. Her vision of recreating Victorian room settings with her romantic and flourished write-ups has since been imitated, even to the big auction houses that used to snub the internet revolution.

It was my great pleasure to meet Lily in 2002 and our love for antiques and each other was a partnership made in heaven! As in 1977, this business has come full circle in some ways...the “fun” of selling through Ebay has become a little less fun and more corporate, so the next step is one we envisioned several years ago. We cherish and appreciate all the wonderful people we have met over the internet, offering our unique finds to welcoming homes has been a pleasure for all involved!

For the time being, we will have a fairly small presence on Ebay, but the greater amount of treasures, Lily and I collected will be here on our own private website. We hope a lot of our old customers find us here, and look forward to making new friends...browse, and enjoy!
